Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The owner and his crew were organized, efficient, and meticulous in their work. They maintained a clean, well-controlled environment and delivered outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. The sweet spot of where sales meets customer service, Hugo and his team excelled on customer service. If you need re-insulation work, I highly recommend this team. They came to my condo and expertly repositioned, sealed, and replaced all damaged insulation around my HVAC unit. The owner was personally involved, clearly communicated each step, and collaborated with me to determine the best solutions for my home. I have them on my roster for the next home I move to. 5 Stars from me.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We called Hugo late on a Friday, and he still made time to walk us through questions about a quote from another company. Since it wasn’t urgent, he offered to check our system and scheduled us for two weeks out. That same evening, our system suddenly stopped cooling. We reached back out, and Hugo kindly came the very next day. He got everything up and running quickly—and at an incredibly reasonable price. Hugo came across as both honest and highly knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be using him from here on out!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Hugo Torres with Texas air and heating, for all your air and heating needs. Hugo is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He kept me informed of when he would arrive, was very thorough, took pictures and explained everything. His prices are very reasonable.
When he sent me my receipt, he attached all the pictures he had taken.
He even looked at my nest thermostat and fixed the problem I was having. I will definitely be using Hugo again!
